| | hi mate,even though i used to be a 30 40 a day smekor i was also very sporty and played ice hockey 5 nights a week which seemed to help counter act the negative aspects of smoking. so although a heavy smekor, i never really had chest pains, breathing problems etc ..just bad teeth, lol however, smoking that amount for 20 years would definitely catch up with me eventually which is why I'm glad i found e-cigs and I've been vaping since 2008 and feel great cheersscott |
